Attend the Eebi festival

Epe is a vibrant town with an exciting, rich history. One of the most popular festivals in Epe is the Eebi Festival, which celebrates the town’s war victories in the nineteenth century. The celebration includes parades, concerts, and a masquerade that comes out from Oju Alaro in Marina Epe. The festival is so popular that locals often come from all over to attend.

The festival also offers great fun opportunities for all who attend. You can explore the city by horseback or bike, or watch as dancers perform traditional dances for you.

Take a stroll in the fish market

If you love fresh fish, you’ll want to check out two major markets in Epe: Oluwo Market and Ayetoro Market.

Oluwo Market is located around the ‘Chief’ area of Epe, and it’s a great place to buy fish for your next meal. They have a good selection of different types of fish available at any given time, and they offer discounts on your purchases so you can get more bang for your buck.

Ayetoro Market is also an option if you’re looking for fresh fish. It’s located at the beginning of Lagos Road in Epe, so it’s easy enough to find!
